Privacy statement

The privacy statement below applies to all site visits, transactions and agreements with CleverMobi. In this statement we inform you how CleverMobi handles your personal data. CleverMobi is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Processing of Personal Data

CleverMobi processes your personal data for the purpose of your request in the contact form. By completing the contact form, you give CleverMobi permission to store your data, with the aim of being able to contact you at your request.

Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • Name (first name and/or last name)
  • Company name (company where you work)
  • Email address (business or private)
  • Phone number (business or private)
  • The message you submitted

Sensitive Personal Data

For the purpose of contacting you, we store your name. This, possibly in combination with your private email address and phone number, may be classified as sensitive information.

Purposes of Use

To provide you with optimal service, it is necessary for CleverMobi to store your data in certain cases. CleverMobi uses your personal data for:

  • contacting you in response to your contact request on the CleverMobi website;
  • the execution of agreements, transactions, and services;
  • relationship management;
  • product and service development;
  • determining strategy and policy;
  • if necessary, investigating unlawful conduct with regard to CleverMobi, its relations, and its employees.

When visiting the website, no personal data will be collected by us without your permission. We do register data that does not contain personal information. This is to gain insight into how our website is used.

It may happen that personal data is requested on certain parts of our website, for example if you want to use a specific service. This information will only be used by us for the described purpose.

In some cases, your personal data is linked to an ‘account’, to ensure that you do not have to re-enter it with each transaction.

When sending forms, the IP address is also recorded. This is to be able to check in appropriate cases whether personal data is being misused.

Retention Period

CleverMobi retains your data for your contact request as long as necessary to contact you. After that, CleverMobi will delete this data.

Disclosure to Third Parties

CleverMobi does not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary to execute an agreement, provide a specific service, when required by law, or due to storage in the database behind the contact form. This database is managed by an ISO 27001 certified provider with whom CleverMobi has concluded a processor agreement.

Cookies

Cookies are used on our website to ensure the integrity of the registration procedure and to personalize the website. A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer by a web page server. Cookies are unique per user and can only be read by a server in the domain that sent the cookie to your computer.

The main purpose of cookies is to save you time and effort. Privacy Rights

You have the right to view, modify, or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization you specify. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or objection to the processing of your personal data to fg@clevermobi.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.

CleverMobi would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with our Data Protection Officer or the national supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Data Security

CleverMobi takes the protection of your data seriously and uses careful security procedures to protect the processed data, including to prevent unauthorized persons from inadvertently gaining access to this data. CleverMobi takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. As soon as you submit the contact form for registering your contact request with your personal data, it is transmitted securely (https). Due to the public nature of the internet, we cannot always guarantee 100% security for the transfer of information via the internet. If you feel that your data is not properly secured and/or there are indications of misuse, please contact us or via fg@clevermobi.com.
